October 27 Premium Set Purchase Campaign (UPDATED November 10, 2021 (PST))

Purchase a Premium Set (30 Days) or Premium Set (90 Days) with AC during the campaign period and receive items!

We have confirmed that some users who have purchased Premium Set (30 Days) and Premium Set (90 Days) are unable to receive the gift items, and are currently investigating this. For those who did not receive their gifts, we will distribute the gift items at a later date. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

We addressed this issue during the scheduled maintenance on  and confirmed that players are now able to receive the gifts.

Furthermore, we have also sent the gifts to the players who fulfilled the campaign requirements by the start of scheduled maintenance on . (Added on November 10, 2021 11:45 AM (PST))

Additional Details

*The requirement to receive the gifts is to purchase an eligible Premium Set during the campaign period.
 Please be aware that this is different from the campaign where the requirement is to use a Premium Set.

*Each account can only receive the gifts once per type of Premium Set purchased.
Even if a player purchases multiple of the same type of Premium Set, they will not be eligible to receive the gifts a second time.

What is a Premium Set?

A Premium Set is a special set that gives the player access to certain functions for a certain period of time, such as Premium Storage where players can store items, a Premium Effect bonus on Quick Foods, and Premium Login Stamps in PSO2 NEW GENESIS.

Additionally, in PSO2 it unlocks the Personal Quarters function, enables the Triboost +50% effect continuously, and gives the player other exclusive services for a certain period of time.

Deadline to Receive Campaign Items

*Gifts can be collected from “Receive Campaign Items” from the Visiphone in PSO2 Blocks, or “Receive Campaign Items” from the System Menu in NGS Blocks.
*They are neither delivered to the OP Team Storage nor are an item code sent to the email address registered to your account.
*Gifts are distributed to the account, so please be mindful of the character you use to accept them.

Precautions

  • Players who purchase Premium Set (30 Days) and/or Premium Set (90 Days) using AC during the campaign period will be eligible.
  • If all the characters on an account that met the conditions are deleted, then the account may no longer be eligible to receive the gifts.
  • Gift eligibility cannot be transferred to another registered ID.
  • To prevent server overload, some notifications will not be displayed if you log in during an Urgent Quest, such as incoming mail, Alliance invitations, and campaign item distribution. Incoming mail, Alliance invitations, and campaign item distribution will work normally, even if notifications are not displayed.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the distribution of gifts if we deem an account to be in violation of the Terms of Use.
  • The content and schedule are subject to change due to unforeseen operational reasons.
  • Items distributed in this campaign may also be distributed in other campaigns.
