July 21 End of Scheduled Maintenance Announcement

The Scheduled Maintenance started on July 20 7:00 PM (PDT) has ended at July 21 1:00 AM (PDT). Please check here for more details about the update.

The following update was made, however the current version (ver.7.0001.6) has not been changed.

Maintenance Details

  • Due to the Scheduled Maintenance, the validity period of Premium Sets, Extended Storage 1~6, Material Storage, and Personal Shop usage, as well as PSO2 Personal Quarters use, Max Orders Received Limit Expansion, and Bonus Keys will be extended by 6 hour(s).
    *For things that expired before the end of Scheduled Maintenance on July 21, 2021 (Wed), the expiration will be extended 6 hour(s) from the time of expiration. 
  • Characters that completed the “Application for Ship Transfer During Scheduled Maintenance” before the start of scheduled maintenance on July 20, 2021 (Tues) have been transferred. 
    • Ship transfers during scheduled maintenance occur in order of applications. There is a limit to the number of transfers that are performed, so if the maximum number of applications is reached, later applications will be carried over to the next scheduled maintenance.
    • Please check here for more information about ship transfers, such as the requirements.
  • When logging into PSO2 blocks, each characters’ location will be set to the Gate Area.
    • Characters that logged out while in the Shopping Plaza, Casino, Bridge, or Franca's Café before the start of Scheduled Maintenance will also be moved to the Gate Area.
    • If it is the player’s first time playing or depending on how far they have progressed in the story, they will moved to the Bridge.
  • We will distribute items to the eligible accounts that met the requirements during the period for the Closed Beta Test.
  • We will distribute items to the accounts of those who won the 1st Anniversary Twitter Fan Art Contest.
  • We are sending items as compensation to players who were affected by a bug where the list of acquired items for the Daily Free SG Ticket was displayed as blank.

  • The reward for the CBT survey, "SG 100 Ticket x1", will be distributed during the maintenance on August 3.(Update on July 21 PDT)
  • Rewards can be collected from “Receive Campaign Items” from the Visiphone in the PSO2 block, or “Receive Campaign Items” from the System Menu in the PSO2:NGS block. Please note that they are not sent to OP Team Storage.
  • Rewards are distributed to the account, so please be mindful of which character is used to receive them.
  • *You will not be able to receive items if you do not have enough space in your inventory, or the number of items in the inventory has exceeded the maximum carrying capacity.
     If you are unable to receive items, please put your items in storage before trying to receive them again.

*Players will receive this item as many times as they experienced this bug.
  • *This bug caused the Daily Free SG Ticket's Acquired Items Lists to sometimes be displayed as blank, making players unable to use Daily Free SG Tickets. We started to address this bug in the  JULY 7 END OF SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE ANNOUNCEMENT . This is an apology to players affected by this bug from the end of Scheduled Maintenance on until the start of Scheduled Maintenance on  .
  • *You can select the OP Team Storage from the Storage Menu (“Pickup Storage” in the Xbox One version).

Bug Fixes
Issues that were fixed in NGS

  • Fixed a bug where items acquired from the "Weapon Camo C Ticket" could not be sold in the Personal Shop or recycled in NGS Blocks.
    *Acquired items will be modified at a later date so that they can be sold in the Personal Shop and recycled in NGS Blocks.

Issues that were fixed in NGS and PSO2

  • We are addressing a bug where the re-editing period may not be applied correctly when using “N-Color-Change Pass” or “Color-Change Pass” while the Premium Set is active.
    * We have confirmed that even with our current countermeasures, if players use an “N-Color-Change Pass” or “Color-Change Pass” at the same time as a “Salon Free Pass”, the re-editing period may not be applied when moving between blocks. We are working to fix this issue.
    Please refrain from using an “N-Color-Change Pass” or “Color-Change Pass” at the same time as a “Salon Free Pass” at the Salon until this bug is fixed.
