June 30 End of Scheduled Maintenance Announcement

The Scheduled Maintenance started on June 29 7:00 PM (PDT) has ended at June 30 1:00 AM (PDT). Please check here for more details about the update.

Maintenance Details

  • Due to the Scheduled Maintenance, the validity period of Premium Sets, Extended Storage 1~6, Material Storage, and Personal Shop usage, as well as PSO2 Personal Quarters use, Max Orders Received Limit Expansion, and Bonus Keys will be extended by 6 hour(s).
    *For things that expired before the end of Scheduled Maintenance on June 30, 2021 (Wed), the expiration will be extended 6 hour(s) from the time of expiration. 
  • Characters that completed the “Application for Ship Transfer During Scheduled Maintenance” before the start of scheduled maintenance on June 29, 2021 (Tues) have been transferred. 
    • Ship transfers during scheduled maintenance occur in order of applications. There is a limit to the number of transfers that are performed, so if the maximum number of applications is reached, later applications will be carried over to the next scheduled maintenance.
    • Please check here for more information about ship transfers, such as the requirements.
  • When logging into PSO2 blocks, each characters’ location will be set to the Gate Area.
    • Characters that logged out while in the Shopping Plaza, Casino, Bridge, or Franca's Café before the start of Scheduled Maintenance will also be moved to the Gate Area.
    • If it is the player’s first time playing or depending on how far they have progressed in the story, they will moved to the Bridge.
  • All characters will receive an item with the Class Skills bug fix.
  • All accounts will receive an item as an apology for the bug that caused N-Meseta to decrease when moving to an area.
  • All accounts will receive an item as an apology for the bug that caused N-Meseta to decrease when leveling up.
  • All accounts will receive an item as an apology for the bug that reset enhancement data.
  • All accounts will receive an item as an apology for the bug that shortened the duration of the specific weather.
  • All accounts will receive an item as an apology for the emergency maintenance on  .

*You can obtain the distributed items via the “Receive Campaign Items” option on the Visiphone in PSO2 Blocks, or “Receive Campaign Items” in the System Menu in PSO2:NGS Blocks.
 Note that it is not OP Team Storage.

*For the rewards distributed to “Receive Item: Account”, please be careful of which character is used to receive them.

*You cannot receive items if your inventory is full or you have exceeded the limit of distributed items.
 If you cannot receive the items, try again after storing your items in Storage.


Bug Fixes
Issues that were fixed in NGS

  • Fixed the bug where PSO2 material items disappear when moved from Material Storage to the PSO2 Inventory
  • Fixed the bug with the Potency settings of the first half of the Double Saber PA "Julien Dance"
    *The Potency of the Double Sabers PA "Julien Dance" has been reduced to adjust its Potency balance.
  • Fixed the bug where the Fighter Class Skill “Knuckle Sway Counter” is activated twice in row under certain conditions.
  • Fixed the bug where the Fighter Class Skill ”Knuckle Sway Counter Plus” is cancelled if a player performs a Weapon Action before the attack is assessed
  • Addressed the bug in which a PSE Burst Climax does not occur and a Boss Enemy does not appear during a PSE Burst
  • Fixed the bug where the Friend, Team, and Blocklist icons of party members are displayed during Room Transfers
  • Fixed the bug where the Preset Skill "Fixa Termina" effect also being applied to non-critical hits
  • Fixed the bug in the Xbox One version where Sidestep being performed early after performing the Wired Lances or Twin Daggers Weapon Action
  • Fixed the bug in the Xbox One version where Wall Kicking is sometimes delayed when starting to Glide if MTN: Glide - Dive is being used
  • Addressed the bug that sometimes prevents the Side Task “Red Containers” from being completed
    *For those who experienced this bug before the scheduled maintenance  on June 29, 2021,  we have taken measures to enable players to progress with this task.
    Please note that we are still working to fix the underlying issue. Thank you for your patience.
  • Addressed the issue of banner images, such as the PSO2:NGS Scratch Ticket selection screen, not being displayed correctly in the Xbox One version.


Issues that were fixed in NGS and PSO2

  • The Window size and location may not be saved when transferring blocks between "PSO2:NGS" and "PSO2" on Xbox One.
  • [Wear/Remove Outfit] does not work for certain Body Types.
  • The Option settings and more may be reset when transferring blocks between "PSO2:NGS" and "PSO2" on Xbox One.
  • Banner images such as Scratch Tickets selection screen for PSO2:NGS does not appear correctly on Xbox One.
  • Re-edit period will be available for a premium user when using a Salon Free Pass in Salon.
