July 14 End of Scheduled Maintenance Announcement (UPDATED AUGUST 4, 2021 PDT)

The Scheduled Maintenance started on July 13 7:00 PM (PDT) has ended at July 14 3:00 AM (PDT). Please check here for more details about the update.

Maintenance Details

  • Due to the Scheduled Maintenance, the validity period of Premium Sets, Extended Storage 1~6, Material Storage, and Personal Shop usage, as well as PSO2 Personal Quarters use, Max Orders Received Limit Expansion, and Bonus Keys will be extended by 8 hour(s).
    *For things that expired before the end of Scheduled Maintenance on July 14, 2021 (Wed), the expiration will be extended 8 hour(s) from the time of expiration. 
  • Characters that completed the “Application for Ship Transfer During Scheduled Maintenance” before the start of scheduled maintenance on July 13, 2021 (Tues) have been transferred. 
    • Ship transfers during scheduled maintenance occur in order of applications. There is a limit to the number of transfers that are performed, so if the maximum number of applications is reached, later applications will be carried over to the next scheduled maintenance.
    • Please check here for more information about ship transfers, such as the requirements.
  • When logging into PSO2 blocks, each characters’ location will be set to the Gate Area.
    • Characters that logged out while in the Shopping Plaza, Casino, Bridge, or Franca's Café before the start of Scheduled Maintenance will also be moved to the Gate Area.
    • If it is the player’s first time playing or depending on how far they have progressed in the story, they will moved to the Bridge.
  • As an apology, we are distributing an item to the accounts that have been affected by a bug where the effect duration of NGS boost items are sometimes shorter than they should be
    *We have distributed the boost items that were used to overwrite a previous boost.
    *We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

*You can obtain the distributed items via the “Receive Campaign Items” option on the Visiphone in PSO2 Blocks, or “Receive Campaign Items” in the System Menu in PSO2:NGS Blocks.
 Note that it is not OP Team Storage.

*For the rewards distributed to “Receive Item: Account”, please be careful of which character is used to receive them.

*You cannot receive items if your inventory is full or you have exceeded the limit of distributed items.
 If you cannot receive the items, try again after storing your items in Storage.


Bug Fixes
Issues that were fixed in NGS

  • Fixed a bug where random weather changes were not occurring correctly
  • Fixed a bug with the Personal Shop where the search function would not work if players had selected "Weapons" under the "Category Settings"

Issues that were fixed in NGS and PSO2

  • Fixed a bug where innerwear was sometimes not displayed
  • Fixed a bug with AC and SG Scratch Tickets where the Acquired Items List was sometimes not displayed under certain conditions
  • Fixed a bug where weapon camo purchased from the Personal Shop would disappear under certain conditions
    *We are planning to compensate those affected for the affected items. Please wait for the compensation to be sent. Thank you for your patience.
