When I try to log in to the game, I get error messages “No. 230” or “No.249” and can’t connect to the game.

There may be something preventing the game software signal transmission from going through.
Please make sure that any security software on your computer is not blocking Phantasy Star Online 2.
Phantasy Star Online 2 servers use the TCP 12000-12999 communication ports.
Please check that the settings on your security software, firewall software, and routers, etc. are not blocking these ports.
Software other than the game running in the background may disrupt the signal transmission.
Please close all other programs, including resident programs, and start the game again.
